Well, I have been doing this for a couple of years now. I brush my teeth before eating in the morning because apparently that’s better for your teeth, otherwise you might damage enamel. Or you wait for at least 30-60 minutes, but nobody’s got time for that. Just rinsing with water after eating is fine.

Truth is I usually don’t eat breakfast, so I don’t have to think about it. But when I do, it’s this order for me now.

It doesn’t say that, at least in the way I interpret the text. It says you should wait to brush your teeth after a given time after eating

Exactly, 30 to 60 minutes. I linked to the second paragraph, the one before suggests it might be better to brush before breakfast. But waiting is fine as well of course.

Brushing immediately after eating breakfast may actually cover your teeth with remnants of acidic food, which weakens your enamel.

          And then

Waiting 30 minutes to an hour after eating to brush your teeth is the best way to ensure that you’re protecting your teeth and not tampering with your enamel.

Brushing before you eat isn’t in this article at all

The article title is literally “Should I Brush My Teeth Before or After Breakfast?” starting with this exact sentence:

"Brushing before you eat breakfast is better for your tooth enamel and overall oral health. However, if you prefer brushing after you eat, wait about 30-60 minutes."

With the first follow-up header: “Why it may be better to brush before breakfast”.

Are we not reading the same article or are you trolling me and am I going for that bait…?
