I love me some baby guiness but didn’t realise it’s a holiday thing. I may need to make a couple for Christmas this year

As a baby Guinness or drinking them separately?
Yep turns out it was a connect app issue
Yep turns out you’re right, the Connect app seems to work with all the http links whereas the ! links don’t work. On the Jerboa app it’s the opposite so the ! links work but the http links don’t.
For some reason the link posted by Ghostalmedia worked for me but the link posted by the bot didn’t. Can anyone explain why? Is it just because I’m on the lemmy.world instance?
James Acaster has a great bit about this

Anyone else try to press the mastodon upvote button more times than they care admit?
I’m using eBay and honestly can see quite a few listings at that price (2nd hand ofc)
The i5-7500 is only £30 so almost 1/3 of the price of the 7700 which is great. Would 4 threads be enough for my application? Also what stat/website do you use to look at idle power?
Yeah honestly either would probably have plenty of power for my use case. The last column shows approximate 2nd hand prices in the UK. The 7700 is around £85 and the 7700k is around £120 although with some searching I’m sure I could find both cheaper. Thanks for the info
Yeah I’ve got quite a lot of content with h265 so that’s definitely worth knowing thanks!
The UK doesn’t have great solar energy potential because of the high latitude and general lack of sun. Wind is much more practical in this country however like solar it provides it’s a non-stable energy source. To have a stable energy grid you ideally want a mix of stable and non-stable sources or non-stable sources and large battery storage facilities.
