I’ve never had any issues. I just run the verify script then the setup.exe with “wine [program]”, then add the installed game to lutris.
Application performance class, launching games is a rendom workload so better random performance is much more important then sequential.

There is always cracked versions, check out fitgirl for older FIFA versions, -19.
The newer games use denovo which is unlikely to work on Linux but with it removed it should run fine.
orpheus.network has it.
I have my trusty raspberry pi 3b+, 4 years old now and been on 24/7 as a bit torrent box for 3 of those years. Never had it crash once other than deludge gtk having more leaks than a sieve.
