Also there are affordable seedbox providers which will let you have a decent amount of bandwidth for seeding, but yes I generally agree with your point. We need more upload bandwidth with seedboxes
If they are required by law to only sell to business with a valid licence, they also have to document that all their customers in that country have a valid business licence.
