I mean I desoldered the microphones from my fire tv cube. It had 8 separate mics throughout but it works fine without them, kind of a pain in the ass to do though.

This is my opinion exactly. Plus they don’t have a way to upgrade storage without a family or business plan. I just want a google drive alternative for the sake of migrating away from google, not security, though it’s a nice bonus. Right now you can’t increase the storage on the basic plan, you can upgrade to unlimited but it only gets you 500 gb but costs a lot more. If they had a $5/month plan for 2 tb of storage and no other services I’d sign up right now.
Lastpass is the last password manager you should be using. They’ve had tons of data stolen, bitwarden is decent on android so I just stick to that. Should probably change passwords after switching over.
Who knows how apple decides to do anything? There may be some really stupid arbitrary reason apple modifies signal but not telegram just because apple insists on being difficult. If you don’t trust apple don’t use an iPhone and just download it on android.
It feels fine, if you don’t use google apps you wouldn’t notice a difference. But the last time I seriously tried using it as a daily driver was probably three years ago though. MicroG is ok but just can’t compare to the sandboxed gapps in graphene when it comes to compatibility.
Google services are unfortunately pretty important to most users day to day life. I have tried degoogled android but have always come back to graphene.
Wait why was one bullet $2500 dollars? Ok… but do we really need to be buying sterile bullets for this?
No he walked out on her and the kids, retained a divorce attorney then got enraged when she initiated the divorce… after finding out he was planning on divorcing her. Then someone leaked that video of him yelling at her while she’s 8 months pregnant to put medicine on their dog. At least he burned the 50 million daily wire offered him, I wonder how that’s going for him.
The gurus normal people trust have this pesky tendency to have advanced degrees and call themselves things like “doctors” and “therapists” as if either is better than being screamed at by a car salesman in a room full of sweaty divorces.
It’s a little known fact that men were created in 1925 by a marketing company tasked with selling urinals.
This is just ignorant lol. If you don’t like lager you don’t like lager but that doesn’t mean it’s the worst beer. I don’t really like stout but I’m not going around saying it’s the worst, it’s all preference. There are tons of different types of lager if you actually look, plenty of micro brewers make them.
Your lungs can compress to equalize the pressure as you go deeper and expand as you come back up. As long as you start with ambient pressure air in your lungs you won’t have issues.
The problem is breathing against the external pressure, you need gas pressure to help expand your lungs again after you exhale. The regulator keeps the air pressure equal to the external water pressure so breathing feels the same no matter how deep you go. With an open loop system you use air faster with depth because each breath is higher pressure and gets wasted when you exhale.
Doesn’t iOS only use webkit based browsers? I would imagine the reason you can get ad blocking through brave is some kind of deal they have with google. Which probably means they’re just giving them all the data google would collect normally.
Firefox on iOS doesn’t have ad blocking because apple took support away in webkit. The only way brave could be doing it is by being white listed by the company serving the ad to you somehow.
Both Mac and iOS have issues with VPN usage too but that’s unrelated to webkit.
I may be a homosexual but I’m not gay about it.
I actually looked into this back when it was originally happening and the rules were fairly strict. It specified background color and wording but it didn’t give a language so this guy did about the best you could given the rules.
However it would be a shame if someone printed a poster with UV reactive paint that changed to something else over time while it hangs.
Hypothetically, if I knew someone, who was absolutely not me, that had 1000 sterilized people in their attic, would that be a crime?
Yeah… I’m not sure how much I would trust that.
I think it’s a trade off because a lot of the people who fall into the less tech savvy catagory don’t understand that SMS is unencrypted. I can at least see merit in the argument that a false sense of security is worse than no security. I wish they made it a setting you could toggle, even if it was off by default.
Has any more evidence ever been produced to show Tuta is a honeypot? The guy who made the original claim is in jail for 14 years for passing on secrets while he was director of RCMP intelligence.
